exercise in bed

    I really enjoy lying in bed while watching tv. But nevertheless sometimes I feel like this is nonproductive and I should use the time for something else like exercising. So I just thought if I can't combine exercising and watching tv. Do you know any kind of exercises I could do in bed while watching tv? Maybe something to tighten my belly!

    surely you can think of some excercise to do in bed LOL!

    Well I guess I know what kind of exercises you mean :) But I don't mean this kind of work-out. I really want to do something efficiently for example which tightens my whole body. You know something like sit-ups, but unfortunately you can't do them in bed because the mattress is too soft.

    Hi Sam,

    If you have a set of light weights you could use them to tone up your arms.

    Also when your relaxing you can do gentle leg lifts and gentle ankle rotations for circulation.

    One of my favourite is the thigh and bust firming exerciser.

    While your propped up against your pillows you can do your thigh or bust firming exercises.

    As with any exercise begin slowly and increase it gently...

    Walking is the best one for shifting the belly fat.
