Think that it's 12 - yeah just checked the book and it says not to use more than 12 of your activity pts on food over the week.

how many points do you think you would get per mile walked? i think the way it says in the folder about singing talking breathlessness is just stupid. any ideas anyone??..

I think it's more about how quickly you walk it, rather than how far you walk. And I guess rather than singing if you don't like that, think how hard you're working. Are you out of breath quickly and working up a sweat? Or just out for a wee jaunt?
