Exercise/toning advise please.....

Ok so I'm going well on slimming world, 19 weeks in and I've lost 3st 1lb! And I'm half way to target! About 12 weeks ago I started c25k and I am now on week 7 (i run 3-4 times per week) I also started using 30 day shred about 3 weeks ago to aid toning (I do this 3-4 days per week). So my problem is this! I saw some photos taken of me on our family day out on fathers day and I am so unhappy with tops of my arms! Before I lost weight I had BIG arms but now I have proper WINGS! Ahhhhhh I'm only 32 I do not want to carry around bingo wings for rest of my days! So anyone with advice on what exercise I need to start to help this I would be VERY happy!
 
Thank you! Yes I use 3kg dumbbells for the 30ml day shred! But i'll def try the ones on here! Thank you!
 
There are one fab workout videos on YouTube which concentrate on the arms x
 
Theres a bingo wing 30 day challenge in the challenges section. I've got similar issues with my arms and am giving it a go
