Yes I try to do at least 40 minutes of exercise everyday. Sometimes this doesn't happen, but I've never gone more than 2 days without exercising since starting the diet.
I don't think I would lose as much weight without the exercise.
i try to do exercise every day. whatever i can fit in around my little'uns. i have noticed that when i dont exercise the weight is slower to come off.
i never exercise at the weekend. but i have my vibration plate/wobble board that i use every day and i swear this helps me.
