So since i feel better today after my sickness bug i decided to get the rowing machine out while Sonny was napping. Not a good idea....my ribs, stomach muscles etc are so sore from all the being sick....and im still a bit weak. Didnt realise how much til 5 mins into the rowing and was in agony lol......oh well maybe tomorrow!

I've been doing half an hour a day of cardio to coincide with the total solution, I'm surprised that I can do it to be honest with taking in very little cals. I thought I'd struggle alot more. It is only day 3 though.
