i just wanted to find out like some of the exercises you guys do..
i walk about 5 times a week from 60-90 minutes, and i go on my exercise bike about 3 times a week for 20 - 50 minutes.

but my main exercises i want to do are to lose weight on my belly, arms and thighs .. what exercise should i do to focus on them? i dont wanna go to the gym, or buy weights or anything because i cant afford things like that as im only 18 and in college.
