depends how you feel ...20 minutes of walking is a yes even through attack ....as for the rest if you can manage some do ...attacks only a few days

Absolutely - he recommends to avoid strenuous exercise for those initial days only, but he encourages 20 mins walking from the outset, moving up... and up...
