Exercise?

Does exercise slow weight loss down been doing 30 day shred done 10 days level 1 and step 2 lost nothing and just feel fat x can anyone tell me what would be best to do in ppls experience carry on step 2 and exercise or leave exercise and do step 1 and start exercise when I have lost weight I want to lose? X 5 wks away from my hol xx
