Gentle exercise is what's recommended, don't go overboard, we aren't consuming enough calories to sustain vigorous exercise. Go gentle, take care.x

    Hiya,

My friend & i are doing LT together and she text me 20min ago to say she fainted it the supermarket!!!!! She had been to the gym and had'nt had her 3rd shake and passed out.

I told her off and said to avoid the gym for the moment. She got her wk one weigh in and lost 12lbs!!!!!! so is really motivated but will kill herself if she tries the gym now!

    Starting weight 24.03 = 14.1
    Week One 31.03 = 13.6

Yeah, she promises she wont do it again!! She is going on holiday in 4wks. I told her to concentrate on losing the weight before the holiday & toning everything afterwards. Sure, id probably be the same if i had lost 12lbs this week!!! LOL

Now this will really scare you! Three boys, 15, 13, 9, hand full or what. I think going to university is the only thing keeping me sane; or is it? There is a down side of living in a houseful of lads, I'm ashamed to say that I'm starting to find toilet humor funny, aaaarrrgh.
