ive started at the gym on sunday - and 10 mins cardio and 20 worth of weight exercises is really taking it out of me (im on ss) so I would be careful - the guy told me at the gym 30 mins cardio like step burns 400-500 calories, so if ur ssing that is nearly all your calorie intake gone xx
do exercise but just listen to your body - but the truth of the matter is nobody has actually told me if this will help with weight loss, im doing it to start toning up
i think it would make a massive difference. go easy though. i started an hour-long step class and thought i was going to fall over i got so dizzy the first week... it had to be dropped for a while until i up my intake. but half an hour in front of the telly... i think it would work wonders... in fact... i may do it myself... ha.
well i was going to do the wii fit work out last night but wanted to watch Britannia high so i though i know ill step and watch that just using the board!! i was going to do it for the hour it was on but my legs ached!! and today they are aching so i know it must have done some good!! i guess its abit like going for a 30 min walk????
just got it out and did 400 steps on free step (thats why i couldnt hear it had it on the wrong exercise dduurr) and then couldnt resist doing the 5 min step advanced (love the music lol!!)
Hi I have a lateral thigh stepper - I do about 1000 steps at the lowest intensity and it takes me 20 mins ( non stop) and the calories counter says that i have burned about 180 calories. I have been fdoing this for about 6 weeks now I am sure that it is helping me tone up.
