    I quite chuffed with myself today on my exercise plan I did :

    30 mins swimming (20 lengths of the pool non stop!

    30 mins brisk walk on my tredmill :)
    15 mins on weights :)
    10mins 32 sit ups ,64 each side ups :)

    4/2/08 todays exercise

    30 mins brisk walk on my tredmill :)
    15 mins on weights :)
    10mins 32 sit ups ,64 each side ups :)

    trying to do this everyday ;)

    10mins 56 sit ups ,32 each side ups :D

    and later prob some dancing cause I am going out hehe :)
