Exercise

Im starting SS tomorrow and I know that your not meant to exercise but.. Is it ok to do some strenghtning and toning exercises? Im not planning on doing anything aerobic as don't do it now lol

I should think/hope so! I am even doing a fair amount of cardio in the evenings but always before my dinner shake as I'm always hungry then.
So my plan is to have a shot of coffee for the energy boost 30mins before the work out and dinner an hour or so after.
