Is anyone exercising while doing vlcd's?

How long after starting a vlcd did you start exercising? (assuming you weren't exercising beforehand)

And how many times p/w & for how long each session are you exercising?

Hey Linzi,
They Say To Leave It The 1st Week Before Starting Any Exercise.and As For How Much And How Long Well Your Body Will Be The Best Judge Of That Hun,you Can Only Push It So Far.
I Was Already Exercising Before Starting Cd So My Body Was Already Used To It,just Take It Easy When You Do Start And You Cant Go Wrong!!!
