Exersise tips?

Hello everyone! I've just got back on SW from home, as I've put on all the weight back on since leaving work to be a stay at home Mum. I've been doing it for two weeks now without exercise, and all I've done is put half a pound on!

Now I'll be the first to admit that my stamina is non - existent, and I have problems with Sciatica, so I was wondering if anyone had any advice for easing into exercise?

I'd prefer to exercise from home, as at the moment I don't have the self confidence to join any exercise groups, but all the workouts I've looked at on the Internet seem intense and better suited to people who are already reasonably fit!

I'd really appreciate any advice or recommendations, I honestly don't know where to start!
 
10 minute solutions, target toning for beginners with Cindy Whitmarsh. You can watch it on YouTube. Ten minute solutions also do cardio and lots of other things. I like it as it is quick!
