experts help needed please

    healthy eating/clean eating
    good morning everyone, hope your all having a good weekend. My question is, on rosemary conley, do you have to count the cals in veg such as brocolli, carrots, sprouts and things like beetroot, mushrooms and peppers?:confused: reason is, I am going to start, yet again tomorrow:rolleyes: and i don't want to go over my cals without realising.     Simple answer is green veg except peas (ie cabbage etc) are unlimited (unless you are having plates full of it of course). It is best to weigh/count the rest
