Express Rice

Is the 2 mins microwave express rice e.g Uncle Bens free? Im doing Zumba tonight and need to get something quick when I get home as I've got friends coming round. Im going to have Salmon filet with veg and rice but it will save me heaps of time if I can use the 2 mins one!

Which one do you want to use - there are loads on the SW syns on-line varying between 1.5 and 4 syns on EE or green.
