    Tuesday

    All advice welcome just want to know I'm on the right track

    Looks fine to me, except Tuesday when you had olives they are actually synned: 1 syn for 8 olives. On Wednesday you had salad dressing - was this a free dressing? If not, that would also need to be synned.

    Not a problem on either day as you will still be within your daily syn allowance.

    I did know they were sinned the olives that is had exactly 8 ... Kraft fat free French dressing is syn free I think anyway

    Was starving today or just it was Saturday mmmmm not sure what one :)

    And a loss of 4.5lb so happy with that and shows I was eating the right stuff :)
