I follow EE and have been having a bowl of this soup for lunch most days, my mum also does EE but has a bowl of soup then salad! Is there not enough superfree food in it to not worry about the 1/3 ?

    TIA

    Xx

I should have thought so - but then if you feel like eating salad why not have it? Can only be good for you :)

I agree with woodmouse - there is plenty of SF in super speed soup so if it fills you up I wouldn't worry about having salad. If you're still hungry though, go for it! xx
