Can someone tell me the syn value of the above please? Can't find it anywhere

Amaretto won't have a free food value so should be 1syn per 20kcal. Whatever that works per ml?

I checked their website. A typical 1.5oz shot. Basically a pub measure is roughly 110kcal. Id round it up to 6 syns. I have looked on syns online and found this....so whatever works for you and whatever measure you use
