Extra Easy Food Diary

    Hi all. Back on slimming world. Managed to keep 2 stone off since I joined but want to lose another 3 so back to meetings on wednesdays but starting off the week today.

    Breakfast
    2 Slices of wholemeal nimble bread (Hexb)
    1 sliced banana
    1 nectarine
    1 muller light yoghurt

    Lunch
    Barratt Flump (1.5 syns)
    Velvet Crunch Salt + Vinegar (4.5 syns)
    1 nectarine
    1 Spicy Curry Pot Noodle In A Mug
    1 Banana

    Dinner
    Made a nice mistake of having a lasagne so no idea how many syns in it as it looked a bit oily. Wasnt that cheesy. Im guessing around 10 syns inc HEXA allowance?

    I cant stop eating today! lol
