Extra easy Food Diary

    Hi all. Just want somewhere to put a record of my food diary. My weight losses aren't consistent, so hopefully if I'm doing something wrong, someone can notice.

    Breakfast - Honeydew melon and strawberries.

    Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal bread (HExB) 2x scrambled eggs, 50ml skimmed milk (HExA)

    Dinner - Toad in the hole. Will use the rest of HExA milk for Yorkshire mix, and weigh the flour to determine syns (expecting between 4-6 for my serving + 2 for quorn sausages). Served with boiled potatoes, broccoli and carrots!

    Total syns for the day - 6-8 (will update later).
