extra easy for men?

hi this is my first post so i apologise if its in the wrong place.

My hubby wants to do the extra easy diet with me, but he would never go to a group. What i would like to know is, is the number of daily syns and healthy extras the same for men?

My hubby follows from home whilst i go to group - he eats the same as me syns & healthy extras wise.

Be prepared for him to loose quicker than you though - i have had to resist the urge to add butter to my OH food on occassion as it can be a little bit annoying!
