Hi All
I am on EE and assumed that all ham was free on it but i am now worried that the Bernard Matthews Turkey ham isnt...can someone let me know what it is on the plan as i have just made a massive pan of pasta, ham, sweetcorn, fromage frais and 2 eggs for cold lunches this week

Thanks

No its not free sorry. Its something like 1 syn per 100g. If you do a search you will find the right syn value :)

Proper ham is free, if all the fat is removed. Meat products which have other ingredients added, or are called "reformed" (which basically means chopped up and stuck together to look like something it isn't) will usually have syns. \i would regard something called "turkey ham" with a great deal of suspicion - if it is turkey it can't be ham, and vice versa!!
