Hi does anyone know if I have to still have 1/3 of my superfree if I'm having both my HE's for breakfast i.e I have 2 weetabix and 150ml of milk - do I still need to eat some fruit with it?
Only asking as its my second week and I have up to now eaten a banana with it but fill a bit full this morning and was planning to have it later if I feel like it

On EE you are supposed to aim for one third superfree at every meal

AIM for, as Circes said, so if you're too full you don't have to shove a banana down your neck. they do say on the SW site that the 1/3 superfree is recommended and will speed along your weightloss- but as it's a measured HEx portion, i wouldn't be too worried as you're going to eat your entire HExs so having 1/3 won't natually limit your free food as you aren't having any. IYKWIM

Yes I agree with Shrimpy. The whole idea of superfree foods is that it limits the portion size on your plate. Your HEXs are already portioned so all you would be doing is eating extra for the sake of it. There is nothing magic about superfree foods other than that.
