extra easy here i come

Hi im Salty,
after losing 3 stone and maintaining i have put on a stone of it.
I am determined to loose weight this time i would like to loose a stone at least.

I weighed in at 12 st 4 on tues, :sigh: and would like to try extra easy this time. I have lost weight before on cambridge diet an s.world.So i know i can do it if my head is focused.

wednesday i ate the following

muller, quorn chilli, tomato bake, oranges salad, strawberries banana, milk, alpen lite, pkt crisps, half turkish delight 2 glasses wine spoonful of pudding,
estimating total 25 points eek!!

:sigh:Thursday i atemuller, quorn mince, chicken salad, mug shot, 2 nectarines, strawberries, cheese, crisps, half milkyway, wine, and chocolate, estimating 25 points.

Gunna be better tommorow!

well i seem to be following the diet ok, except im having too many sins.
looks like i might of lost a couple of pound but wont know till tues.

:) could any one tell me how im doing??
