Hi everyone, I'm new to this site so I'm hoping I do this right.

I'm trying to work out how many syns are in galaxy bubbles hot chocolate and everyone is saying 2 syns but not saying how many teaspoons it is for 2 syns, can someone let me know please because i have the big bag not sachets. Many thanks

Hi Monique... I find that sometimes too - servings aren't always clear!

My advice would be to check the back of the packet and see how many calories are per serving then use the 1 syn = 20 calories rule. I think the galaxy bubbles are around 40 calories so 2 syns. The serving should say how many grams if not I'd calculate the calories per serving related to the calories per 100g then work backwards.

So for example, if it is 100 calories per 100g but it is 40 calories per serving (which is undefined), you could work out that a serving is 40g. I'd then use my electronic scales to weigh 40g out.

The options hot chocs are 2 syns per serving and they're 11g each so if all else fails, I'd imagine it's a pretty safe assumption to make that the galaxy bubbles is similar.

Enjoy!!x
