If you love this, but cant or dont want to afford the 7 syns for the sachet, try this...
1 pack of Tomato & Onion pasta & sauce (I always use the supermarkets "basics" one but any one will do)
Portion of sweetcorn
Tin of Tuna in brine
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of paprika according to your taste
Few twists of black pepper from grinder
2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
1 squirt of Tomato puree
1 tablespoon of dried parmesan (approx 10g, so could make 14g therefore 1/2 HEA)
If wanted, thin shavings of reduced fat cheddar (again approx 14g so could be the other half of HEA)
Simply cook the pasta & sauce as per instructions. If sweetcorn is frozen, add to pasta & sauce 2 minutes before end of cooking time.
Stir in tin of tuna, sweetcorn if tinned, herbs & spices, yoghurt & parmesan. Pile into a dish (I put into 2 smaller dishes, & save one for next day's lunch), & cover with cheddar shavings if using.
Then bung under the grill til the cheese melts on top, serve with greens or salad.
Ithink it tastes very similar, its yum!
