Extra Easy - pasta n sauce and savoury rice?

Unsure about the curry flavour savoury rice and the mild cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce - could anyone please help me with the syn value of these for the whole packet on extra easy? Without the milk of course :/ thanks any help would be appreciated as there seems a lot of contridictory info..

Batchlors mild curry rice is free on green and ee (ive had some for lunch today and its lovely).

The mild cheese and broccoli pasta is 1/2 syn on green and ee.

And that's the whole packet.. The book says 100g cooked and I couldn't work out whether I had to cook it and then weigh?
