Hi All,

Got the material from a friend to have a look if SW is for me. I get the Super free part, the red or green day, the hex a & b plus syns stuff.

However is EE purely red and green days combined for each day and you still have the super free and the hex a & b plus syns?

Also how do you determine how many syns you have since it says 5-15 per day?

It's entirely upto you if you want 5 or 15-i don't set mine each day but try and have different amounts each day (5 yesterday,13 today) they're there to use as you wish. Some people use them weekly (start with 105 and count it down) but I prefer to count daily xx

Extra Easy just means:
- anything you can have for free on Red or Green you can also have on EE
- You MUST have your 1/3 superfree with every meal
- you only get ONE each if HEXA and HEXB instead of two of each
(You'll also see that some things that are a HEXB on Green are not a HEXB on EE as EE follows the Red HEXBs)

Like Emmamb says its up to you how many syns a day you have between 5-15.
