I'm joining my class on Tuesday morning and will be doing the extra easy plan. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good book for easy meal ideas that I could pick up at class to follow while on the plan? I am due to have my second baby in July and also have a 1 year old so I'd be looking for something quick and easy to make?
