Extra Easy Extra Easy Slimming World - Am I doing this right?

Hii, so I feel like I must be doing something wrong with this Extra Easy diet because I have basically no syns each day, is that the point? Are you not supposed to have your 5-15 syns per day on this diet?

Here's an example - am I doing this wrong?

Breakfast:
28g Shreddies (My Healthy Extra B ?)
125g Semi-skimmed milk (Half of my Healthy Extra A ?)

Morning snack: Grapes (Free)

Lunch:
Penne pasta (Free)
10-15g Cheddar cheese (Other half of my Healthy Extra A ?)
Muller yogurt (Free?)

Afternoon snack: Apple (Free)

Tea:
Tortilla & baked beans (Free?)

Tortilla (serves 4):
500g potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes
1 large red onion, finely sliced
6 large free range eggs
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 garlic clove
120g pack smoked ham, sliced into small pieces
1 red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp quark (works out about 0.15 syns, so basically none?)

Is this tortilla free? :confused:

Supper:
Muller yogurt (Free?)

And what about cups of tea (counting the milk separately) and diet sodas - what are their syn values?

I feel like I must be doing this wrong because there is practically no syns?

I'd appreciate any help on clearing this up for me :)

Also I know the tortillas are not free, someone may come along with the syn value. Diet drinks are free too.
 
If they are the ingredients you used for your tortilla then it is free. Menu looks fine, just make sure 1/3 of your plate is superfree so maybe add tomatoes/veg/salad to your pasta. Don't deprive yourself of syns, they are there to be used x
 
I agree with the veggies. 1/3 if every meal has to be superfree.
I found it hard to use syns when I began as I am not huge on treats. But I use syns on food in my meals. Avocado, oil oil, nuts (I love pesto) yogurts, bread.
 
Only problem I see is nowhere near enough superfree with your meals - none for breakfast/lunch and only a small amount in the tortilla (quark is free)
