hi I joined slimming world last year and lost 7lb but kept yoyoing so I gave up. going to try and do it at home without joining again as i need to lose a few stone for my wedding next May. needing help with some syn values.

how many syns are there in

-special k cracker crisps 23g bag
-muller light cherry
-co-op limited edition pulled pork and Spicy coleslaw roll
