serves 2
2 cod fillets
1tbsp lime juice
1tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 garlic clove grated
2 handfuls of stirfry veg
optional: noodles
method
1.mix lime, soy,5 spice garlic and ginger together and pour over and marinate fish for 10 mins
2.get a square of grease proof paper for each person and place a handful of stirfry veg on the grease proof paper per person.
3.then take the marinated cod and place on the bed of vegtables and pour over rest of marinade equally over the 2 servings.
4.hen fold over edges to seal into parcel
5.bake for 15 mins at 180 till fish is cooked
6.serve fish and veg on a bed of egg noodles
