Extra Easy: Todays food diary

Hi ladies,

i have done slimming world before and lost 3 stone. since them i have got married, been on a few holidays and put some weight back on! so now i am back on SW but doing it myself rather than club as i am struggling to find one that i can make it too (i work mon-fri 8-6 than 3 nights a week i go to college after work)

any way! i am back on EE today could you take a look and let me know if i am following the plan correct as it has been nearly 2 years since i last did it:

So

Breakfast: Handful of raspberries
Lunch: 4 x ryvitas (HEB)
6 x extra light laughing cow triangles (HEA)
Topped with ham and cherry tomatos
Snack: Muller light yoghurt- raspberry
1 x vietnaese whirl x 7syns
Drinks: Black tea and 1 can of diet coke
Tea will be: Home made beef stew (from SW book) with dumplings (made from a SW recipe using smash and eggs? - never tried this before so hope they are ok) made with gravy granules 3syns

So total syns 10

thanks for the info on fluids! i used to drink 2-3 litres of water a day as well as 2 cups of tea... will have to try get back into that!!!

today is pretty much the same as yesterday as busy at work and college so:

Breakfast: None (i knpow this is bad but was rushing)
Lunch 4 x ryvitas (HEB) , ham and tomato and extra light dairylea triangles (HEA)
Snack: Muller light yogurt, Mug shot
Tea (small bit of last nights left over stew)
drinks: black tea, Diet coke, water
