Just made the glazed pork and mustard mash from Novembers magazine, it was lovely. Only 1/2 sin per serving too!

I've seen that recipe too .... think I'm going to do it this week. Sounds delicious
This sounds delicious, could you post the recipe for BBQ chicken please as I haven't bought the magazine x

Finely grate zest and juice of 2 limes
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp finely grated ginger
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp tomato purée
1 level tsp sweet chilli sauce ( I didn't have any of this so used chilli flakes )
Salt and pepper
12 chicken drumsticks
In summary, sling all the ingredients in a bowl with the skin removed from the chicken. Slash the meat so the marinade can get into the meat.
Mix marinade ingredients together and put chicken in the marinade and mix thoroughly so it's all coated.
It's says to marinade for 6-8 hours or overnight. Think mine were in for about 4 hours and were just as tasty.
When ready to cook can either grill or bake on a rack in the oven. Dead easy and super tasty!!!
