Hi I joined on Thursday last week and I am going to start on the EE as from tomorrow, what does everyone thing of it is the weight loss good ? in the past when i did SW i followed green and red days. is it easy to follow after doing the others for so long ? i will be glad for any advice.

I've lost 1stone 4lb in 9 weeks. In the past when I did red/green days I struggled to lose a stone before I fell of the wagon. So i personally feel Extra Easy is more achievable long term.

O thanks for that, I am looking forward to starting it, been away for weekend so thats y am not starting till tomorrow.

I've lost 7.5lbs in 3 weeks doing EE (with 2 green days last week), but EE is a bit different for me I supposed b'c I'm a vegetarian! Still, it's easy enough.

I love extra easy, I started on 18 jan this year and i'm hoping for my 2 stone award.
This will be my 8th weigh in since starting EE.
I find it so easy to follow and i have never eaten so healthy and felt so satisfied with food for many many years.:)

I've been doing EE and has worked well for me since mid jan! It DOES work! and its really really easy! x

I am on my 6th week with EE and lost 16Ib's my partner tissy31 has lost 21Ib's. We love it, but found we had to reduce our pasta and rice intake with it, our initial portions were too big, so they are now reduced, and the 1/3rd superfree veg and fruit rule needs to be followed as this defo is the key. Were never hungry and we have fun cooking, and I have discovered baking again! I love making the healthy alternatives.

Hiya, yes it definitely does work. I've been following EE since early Jan and have lost every week. The plan is so flexible, and you can always dot in some red/green days too. All the best x

hi can i ask can you do extra easy just for a day or do u need to it for the week? i love the green days but not so keen on red days i love meat and fish but love my carbs so extra easy seems good as dont have to weigh your pasta or mince You just need to make sure u keep to the 1/3 superfree is that correct?

Ive been doing EE as it was set out last year, with 95% of my meals 1/3 superfree, and I dont always snack on superfree either.

personally i wouldnt have more than 100g pasta in a portion, this is the 'suggested' portion size of pasta by SW, and its actually a good size portion anyway. The 1/3rd superfree defo seems to be the key to this diet. I have TONS of veg and fruit in my diet, all my sauces like chilli and spag bol, have tons of superfree veg in it, and always reach for superfree fruit before I snack on anything else!

I have a real craving for beetroot lately as well lol

people do mix it up, just like with red and green days, you can do EE days.

However a lot of people chose to just EE 7 days a week as its so easy :D

This time round I have only done EE.
This is my 6th time with SW. Prior to EE I only did red and green and even though I reached target my first time round I fell off the wagon as I found both red and green far too restrictive.
EE is great, so easy to follow, and am with it for life!
