extra exercise points

    please could somebody tell me as to how many points they think i would gain for these exercises........15 mins on treadmill
    10 mins on bike
    10 mins crosstrainer
    another 10 mins on bike
    swimming 30 mins.

    Depends how much you weigh & what intensity you are working at...there is a calculator on the back of your food cardboard calculator thingy bob x

    Hope this helps, i found it on-line and its what I use,
    i have it in a wee table but this was the best i could do posting it. It shows the amount of points you earn depending on the level of exercise and the length of time you spend doing it. the types of exercise are listed at the very bottom,

    Minutes 10 15 30 45 60 - (time spent exercising)

    Level 1 0.5 0.5 1 1.5 2 - (points for the amount of time above)

    Level 2 0.5 0.5 1.5 2 3

    Level 3 1 1.5 2.5 3.5 5

    WEIGHT - 70-89kg
    Minutes 10 15 30 45 60

    Level 1 0.5 0.5 1.5 2 2.5

    Level 2 0.5 1 2 3 4

    I do moderate walking every night with the dog and earn myself a lovely 3.5 points a night.
