Extra Light Mayo Help

I have brought hellmans extra light mayo and it has 10 calories per tbsp, in my food optimising book it says to count extra light mayo as 1 syn per tbsp, do I need to do this or can i apply the 1 syn - 20 cal rule?

1 syn per 20 calories so 1/2 a syn per (level) tbsp. The ones in the book are just averages for extra light in general. As you know this one is definitely 10 calories its definitely 1/2 a syn
