I think you can have it on a green day as a healthy extra A Someone else may be able to give you exact amounts....I haven't got my book to hand

you can have 85g on a green day as a hex b, but i have been having it as a hex a on both days

is that extra light soft cheese as in my book it says low fat soft cheese. is that the same. i cant check on sw website as i have forgotten the password and my leader is on holiday. :(

Ah, cool. For some reason I didn't look that far ahead in the list of HEXs!!

I'm trying EE today so I'll go without it. Just discovered that Finn Crisps on their own are still tasty :)

Confusingly extra light soft cheese is low fat soft cheese.

Light soft cheese is medium fat and the normal stuff is full fat.

Just to help clarify, you can have the follow amounts of soft cheese as a Healthy Extra B Choice on Green days - as there isn't enough calcium to be an A Choice on either day.

42g of full fat or "normal" soft cheese
57g of medium or "light" soft cheese
85g of low fat or "extra light" soft cheese
