extra workouts

Doas anyone know any extra workouts i can do?, i do half an hour gym and half a hour swimming everyday threw the week but i`m getting frustrated as i dont work up enough of a sweat in the gym and swimming just relaxes me.

i`m looking into kettlebell dvd workouts at the mo and i`ve found one where they just use a reguler dumb bell which will save me forking out for a expensive kettle bell untill i can find out if i like it.

If u have a wii there are some good fitness workout games for that!
well i bought the kettle bell work out dvd but i`m really thinkin of getting a cycling machine aswell, i gave away a nice reebok cycler before i moved so i`m gutted about that.:sigh:
