I kinda feel like I know some of you regulars now and maybe it would be nice if we added each other on Facebook? If you want to join in, either post a link to your profile or post your name / email address / how to find you on FB here!

P.S. Very very few people know I'm doing LT so no weight-related posts please! We don't want to embarrass each other so I'm guessing you guys don't want anything like that either.. unless it's a reply to something weight-related that you've posted yourself.

The safest way to add people is to put a link to FB in you user CP. Then it shows the FB logo under your avatar (the way mine is). I'd strongly advise against posting your email address on an open forum
