No you def havent ruined it, tuna has no carbs which is a good thing.

please don't beat yourself up about this. It was only day three and you probably weren't in ketosis yet so you wouldn't have done any harm :) I promise you that it does get easier especially after your weigh-ins when you're told how much weight you've lost. Be strong and good luck xx
Ruining it would be giving up at this stage and your not doing that. Like the others said, it was just a blip - everyone has them. Put it down to experience and move onwards and upwards. Try thinking of ways to avoid reaching for the tuna in future i.e. drinking btl of water straight after swimming can make you feel full, time it so yr due a shake then, perhaps avoiding the kitchen area etc ...
