Got up this am, and fainted. Banged my face and back and scared the bjezzus out of me, DH and the children. Felt lightheaded when I've stood up the rest of the day. CDC reckons it's dehydration, but I've not cut down on the water. TBH I've felt a bit lightheaded all along on CD but today I followed through with the full blackout:cry:

How to I deal with this?

how much do you drink ?
I would suggest going up a plan , if you are on SS maybe have 4 packs a day ? The most likely cause is low blood sugar so I would go onto 4 a day and maybe split them so you are having some little and often ?
what else did your CDC suggest ?

    Hi,

I'm drinking over 2.5ltr a day plus extra in my hot chocs twice a day. I was doing SS+ with some cheating, but cut down to SS the last 3 days aftrer STS at my last weigh in. CDC hasn't suggested anything else except uping the water  . Can I request moving up to 810, I on week 11 now anyway?

you can go onto 810 at any time if you feel it would be better for you . I do think you need more than SS
Hope you work out whats best for you and you dont have any more fainting spells xxx

You could just be someone who naturally has quite low blood pressure. Low carb diets are known to lower blood pressure, so if yours is already on the low side, it can be enough to cause problems. I go through phases of this and find I have to take my time over sitting up and standing up otherwise the world goes black, LOL.

You could just be under the weather, maybe picked up a bug of some kind - or extra tired/stressed than usual?

Either way, it wouldn't hurt to go up to 810. You're getting pretty close to having a BMI of 25 now.
