Fairycakes Diary - 2012 will be my year ♥

Hey everyone :)

Jumping on Slimming World bandwagon after lots of attempts at other diets including this one and failing miserably. I got on the scales and saw I weighed bang on 15stone, i felt so sick :cry: I'm 22 and are ttc - so want to shift the pounds to not only help us conceive more quickly but for me to be healthy too - oh and looking good would also be quite nice :)!

Soo.. here are my days so far :)

Day 1 - 1st Jan 2012

Extra Easy

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix (heb) milk (hea)

Lunch: Cheese & Brocoli Pasta n sauce & some veg :)

Tea: SW Sunday Roast :) Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, mash, steamed brocoli and cauliflower, roasted carrots, parsnips and potatos roasted in veg stock :) avoided the gray but used loadsa apple sauce to make my mash not dry (3 syns)

Snacks: 2 x clementines, cucumber sticks, beetroot, cuppa teas with my hea! Butterkist sweet popcorn (7 syns)

Total syns used: 10

Day 2 - 2nd January

Extra Easy

Breakfast - Ready Brek (b) Milk (a) Sugar (1 syn)

Lunch - Omelette with chicken, onion, tomato and mushroom with some baked beans :)

Tea: Diet coke chicken, uncle bens microwave rice (lazy day) (1 syn) SW chips

Snacks: None so far, not been very hungry.. just lots of cup fo tea's :)
