Im desperatly wanting these. Im on extra easy so lean chicken and veg and natural yoghurt will all be free...but whats the lowest syns wraps out there??

I would guess the lowest ones would be the WW wraps?? Not sure tho!!

tesco healthy living tortilla wraps with linseed are yummy but 8 1/2 syns each weight watchers are 5 but i find them a bit dry.

I've got ASDA ones which I worked out to be between 6 - 8. Shame cos they're soo delicious!!

They won't be between 6 and 8, they'll be 6 or 7 or 8!
It's not a shame though is it because, like lots of things, you can have them on the SW plan. That's what your syns are for.

Does anyone know how many syns are in the Mission Deli - wheat and white ones? Thanks. Just ordered some of the WW ones to try, 5 syns is quite good. Just have loads of chicken and salad.
