I would just like to express my feelings to everyone who has continued their chosen diet over the festive season and on to the New Year 2007!!
You should all feel really proud of yourselves. This has been a very, very difficult time and we have all prooved that we are very strong and are capable of anything.
I love to listen to the radio adverts and T.V. adverts regarding free membership to gyms and to slimming clubs!! LOL......We are so ahead of the game!
