I cant find the post now but a clever poster said here these words of pure truth and I found it so insightful and to the point.

So so sooooo true and those words have been in my head all evening as I sit and watch a movie surrounded by popcorn chocolate jellies and crisps! And its working too along with my chocolate shake and bottle of water
