Hi everyone just want to say thank you for everyones support but am now finishing this diet,I thought I had another 7 pounds to go but got into size 10 jeans today and am ecstatic and have decided I dont want to lose anymore although lots of exercise and toning up is desperately needed.I am so happy and I have never been this size ever I'm getting married in under 5 weeks and now I'm so excited good luck and thanks for all your support this diet I's very hard but it I's so worth it food would never make me happy like putting nice clothes on thanks again guys I wish you all the best

I'm sure you will watergirl I have always failed at diets before but knowing I needed to get in a wedding dress that I ordered too small was a very good incentive ,I just hope I don't put any on but I really need to exercise so am doing the gi diet now.good luck gun and I hope you have a fab day too
