Well, as i hit my second plateu since starting my diet in september, im going to be moving over to Slimming World.. give that a go for 6 weeks. (still not entirely convinced).

ill still be around if anyone needs to know anything... i just need to keep losing weight (and not stay the same) or i will crack and things will go all wrong...

i will pop in from time to time.... and answer anything...

Thanks for supporting me so far through my journey, and im sure you will all still be here for me as i move into phase 2 of my weight loss!!

Hey good luck with slimming world.
Simila plan to me, I wanna do slimfast 5-6weeks and lose a bulk of the weight.
Then by then I'll be bored stiff of shakes. So I want to move onto something else. Which I hope will be easy to stick to after slimfast.
