hello does any1 know the syns in FARMFOODS frozen LA DINER chicken tikka pieces and chicken fajita pieces .. thanks in advance x

Not sure on the farmfoods brand but i know asda, tesco and iceland do frozen chicken breast strips/chunks. Plain and tikka and they are free. So ide guess farmfoods would be free too but thats just my opinion.

Not quite what ur looking for but i hth in some sort of way

My consultant has told me the farm foods fajita ones are free but I'm unsure on the tikka ones I'm afraid.
